Application Support Analyst - Oracle E-Business Suite support - Oracle R12 Our client is a global leader in electronic consumables. A brand name with an incredible investment in technology locally. Having rolled out their Oracle COE they seek an experienced Applications Support Analyst with deep Oracle e-business suite application experience to support their national warehouse operations. This role is Sydney based requiring weekly on site office (3 days) then remote others. Parking available and close to all transport for ease of work on-site. Your role Assisting in a small talented team with a national focus, you'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, user support & systems enhancements to deliver efficient application performance. Supporting Oracle E-Business Suite related applications, alongside: Warehouse supply chain Order management Finance Troubleshooting application issues, liaising with IT teams as needed. Log, track & manage service requests. Utilise Oracle development tools such as TOAD & SQL for support tasks. Hours of work are 7 or 8am to 3:30 or 4:30pm Mon-Fri due to support the warehouse operations. About you A tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for supporting business critical applications, alongside: 3-5 years + experience supporting Oracle R12 ERP application , ideally with a large organisation. Demonstrable Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite ) Applications knowledge. Delivered end to end support, upgrades and implementations. Provide daily application support, troubleshooting & functional/technical issue resolution. Prior experience working with SQL & PL/SQL.
