Growlife Medical is seeking a motivatedSocial Media & Marketing Assistantto join our team 5 hours per week. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone qualified in or currently studying marketing, seeking part-time hours, who is passionate about social media, digital communication, brand marketing and making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community. You will report to and support ourMarketing & Communications Lead, helping to shape our social media presence, deliver engaging and educational health content, and support various marketing initiatives. Learn more about our vision and values at: What You’ll Be Doing Creating and managing engaging, professional, and community-focused social media content acrossFacebook & Instagram. Filming, editing, and publishing high-quality short-form videos, stories, and carousels. Tracking performance, analysing results, and optimising strategies to drive growth. Strengthening Growlife Medical’s online presence with fresh, educational, and modern communications. Supporting email campaigns and other marketing initiatives. Assisting with the promotion of clinics, locations, staff and the Growlife Medical brand. Updating the website and supporting other ad hoc marketing tasks as required. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has experience managing social media platforms (content planning, creation, posting, and engagement). Brings creativity and fresh ideas to digital communication. Is interested in health, wellbeing, and community engagement. Is passionate about increasing brand awareness. Holds, or is currently studying towards, a qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field. Is organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys collaborating in a small team. Qualifications Completed or currently studying a degree inMarketing or Communications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of, or passion for, health and wellbeing. Social media management experience. Ability to work independently and alongside the Marketing & Communications Lead.
