Advanced Tree Nursery Team Leader

Fleming’s Nursery Workers are the heart and soul of the Fleming’s nurseries operations. The role of Team Leader is to support the Advanced Trees Team to ensure smooth and efficient work is carried out. It is also expected the Advanced Tree Team Leader will undertake tasks which may include working with plants as well as a range of tasks that relate to the maintenance and care of the property and assets of the nursery as well. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Processing and preparing plant stock ready for shipment Coordinating and making up orders Overseeing the loading of all trucks Ensure orders are correct and ready for collection / delivery Assist with order enquiries Administration and nursery duties as required Crew Management Management of Warehouse KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Previous experience within a Team Leader Role required Be physically fit and able to conduct manual tasks Motivated and self-driven Have a Passion for trees and working outdoors Possess excellent work ethic and hard working Able to accept responsibility Willing to adapt and be flexible in your day-to-day activities Happy to support other team members THE BENEFITS Full Time Permanent Role Job Security Family Owned and Operated THE COMPANY Fleming’s Nurseries is a leader in the industry and known for producing quality products and setting the standards within the industry.
