The Opportunity Our team at Doseaid are on the hunt for a strategic, passionate and dynamic National Sales and Commercial Manager to continue to lead our growth journey. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing sales, commercial strategy, and customer engagement nationwide. Reporting to the General Manager, Pharmacy, your mission will be to expand our market presence, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure our services consistently deliver exceptional value to pharmacies, healthcare providers, and aged care organisations. What you will do Lead National Sales Strategy; Drive Business Growth; Manage Commercial Operations; Champion Strategic Partnerships; Shape Business Strategy & Culture. What we are looking for Proven experience in senior sales or commercial leadership within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG; Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract negotiation and strategic account management; Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and managing executive-level stakeholders; Strategic, results-driven leader with excellent communication, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
