Receptionist and Personal Assistant roles Yeshivah - Beth Rivkah Colleges is an Independent School based in St Kilda East in Melbourne. We are currently seeking a dynamic, and growth-minded Personal Assistant to the Head of the Boy’s Secondary School and an experienced receptionist for the Boys' Primary School. This is a unique opportunity to be responsible for managing the administrative backbone of Yeshivah Secondary and Yeshivah Primary and provide strategic support overall. About the Roles: Provide effective & efficient administration and organization support including telephone inquiries, typing, printing and assisting students as and when required. Maintain accurate personnel files and records for all staff, keeping all records confidential and accessible only to staff authorized to have access. Maintain accurate data within all school databases including: SEQTA – timetabling & reporting, outlook and school record enrolment. Assisting with the arrangement of school events for parents, students and staff, including: Information Evenings, performances, graduations, school photos, immunization coordination, ticket bookings. Liaising regularly with the other Administration Staff in the Secondary and Primary School to facilitate and assist with communication between members of the Administration Team. About You: Several years of experience in most aspects of a personal assistant and receptionist role. Ability to function strongly as an individual and as a member of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and time management skills, able to work in a harmonious and efficient manner. Ability to succeed in a busy and fast paced environment, to prioritise and meet deadlines.
