About the Role We are seeking a Claims Builder to manage and submit outcome claims across our Employment Service Areas. In this pivotal role you will gather and verify claims evidence in line with IEA guidelines, conduct quality assurance checks and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate submissions. You will work closely with Regional and Business Managers to forecast outcomes and provide regular updates on claims performance. The role can be based at any of our Westgate ESA sites: Sunshine, Melton, Point Cook, Taylors Lakes and Werribee. Key Responsibilities Gather, review and submit claims evidence in accordance with IEA outcome guidelines Conduct daily quality checks on placements and post‑placement support Maintain compliance notes and ensure accurate database management Collaborate with Employment Mentors, participants and employers to secure documentation Provide regular reporting, forecasting and performance updates to the Revenue Manager Identify opportunities for process improvement to boost conversion rates and employer satisfaction About You You are detail‑oriented, results‑driven and thrive in a collaborative environment. You possess strong communication skills and can adapt your approach to suit a range of stakeholders. You have at least 2 years of employment services industry experience, knowledge of claims, outcomes and post‑placement support, and you are comfortable working with complex processes and meeting KPIs.
