Senior Facilities Manager Job Description Job Description Summary We are seeking a dynamic Senior Facilities Manager to join our team in Melbourne overseeing the management of property and facilities services for a diverse client portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence risk management and client satisfaction across a range of properties including places of worship residential commercial office buildings and educational facilities. Key Responsibilities Manage facilities minor works and workplace services ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to contractual obligations. Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders tenants and service contractors. Oversee maintenance operations compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management practices. Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service standards. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Requirements Strong facilities management experience in commercial community education or health properties. Experience in managing commercial office and base building services in properties is desirable. Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Tertiary or trade qualifications in building engineering or related discipline preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with financial management and risk assessment.
