Office and Administration Coordinator | Sydney Tourism New Zealand is a leader in destination marketing, dedicated to enriching Aotearoa New Zealand and all who visit. Job Type: Permanent, part-time (20 hours per week)Location: Sydney Job Description Your core focus will be running a lively, fast‑paced office for marketing, business development, and communications professionals. The role is diverse, with no two days the same. You will deal with suppliers, process invoices and expenses, liaise with building management, field customer enquiries, process IT requests, and more, ensuring the team can focus on delivering world‑class outcomes. Additionally, you will support the Regional Director and wider team by organizing meetings and office events. What you will need Experience working in a fast‑paced sales or marketing environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Strong administrative skills Confidence handling financial processes Team player with high motivation and flexibility Ability to juggle multiple priorities How to Apply Please send your CV and covering letter.
