Our operations team play a pivotal and valued role in delivering the service commitments we make. Job Tasks Oversee day-to-day service delivery across allocated sites, ensuring all client needs are met and expectations consistently exceeded. Coordinate and maintain an effective roster for full-time, part-time, and casual staff to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency. Conduct regular site visits and inspections, communicating outcomes to clients and relevant stakeholders, and promptly addressing any issues or non-conformances identified. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored, consultative solutions that support successful account management. Ensure service standards remain high while also achieving targeted operational and financial performance across all sites. Support the preparation and upkeep of all site-related documentation, including procedures, SWMS, risk assessments, duty schedules, timesheets, and employee termination paperwork. Skills and Experience Current WA driver’s licence. Minimum 3 years’ experience in cleaning and management. Effective time management and organisational skills.
