Performance Marketing Specialist Overview This role is for an entry‑level Paid Marketing Specialist who wants to take their career to the next level, work with big‑name brands, and learn from others who have 15+ years of experience in the performance marketing industry. This role will enable you to gain deep knowledge of how to build and optimise enterprise business accounts across Google, Meta, YouTube, Bing & TikTok. Key Responsibilities Building performance marketing campaigns on behalf of Aperitif’s suite of clients. Working with managers to ensure campaign briefs are captured correctly. You’ll be ‘hands on the tools’ daily and proactively working on clients’ performance campaigns to grow ROI and bring down their overall CPA. Constantly evolving campaigns and split testing to improve client’s ROI. Assisting in post‑campaign analysis & reporting, as well as driving key action items to further improve performance. Responsible for budget management of media spend across the portfolio. Role Growth Working closely with the Paid Marketing Managers and Director, you’ll get to learn first‑hand from some of the best performance marketing minds in the industry. As the performance team is built out, the path for this role is progressing to a Paid Marketing Manager position, overseeing the client’s strategy and accounts. We are firm believers in perfecting our craft and will provide all the necessary training to take your skills to the next level. Required Experience & Skills You have a minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in managing paid media campaigns, with particular expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads. You have a track record of successful PPC results, including improving ROAS and ROI. Meticulous attention to detail. You’re confident to share your professional opinion, you’re goal and outcomes‑orientated. You’re a self‑starter, with an innate curiosity. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. TikTok Ads experience a bonus. Product feed experience for Shopping and Meta is a bonus. Other Stuff To Know Remote‑friendly, just 1 mandatory office day per week. Weekly team lunches provided by the company.
