Pharmacist Advanced Team Leader - Research and Education Join to apply for the Pharmacist Advanced Team Leader - Research and Education role at Metro South Health About This Role In this senior role, you will lead advanced pharmacy services across Logan and Beaudesert, supporting excellence in patient care, research and departmental education. You will provide clinical leadership, drive research initiatives and support professional governance of the Pharmacy Department. You Will Deliver advanced clinical and consultancy pharmacy services with a high level of independence Lead research, education and Quality Use of Medicines projects Guide the development of clinical practices, procedures and evidence-based protocols Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to pharmacists, interns, cadets and students Support workforce planning, rostering, performance development and operational coordination About You You are an experienced pharmacist with advanced clinical skills, strong leadership capability and a passion for education and research. You thrive in complex clinical environments and enjoy supporting others to grow.
