At iD Collective, we’re looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our growing team — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative agency environment and is ready to make their mark. The Role As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day delivery of campaigns across content, social and influencer for a range of exciting brands. You’ll work closely with senior team members to drive strategy, manage timelines, brief creative, and keep all the wheels turning. You’ll be a natural organiser and problem solver who brings energy, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to every project. What You’ll Do Deliver creative, content and influencer campaigns across social and digital platforms Own the detail — timelines, scope, deliverables and client comms Brief creative teams, review assets and ensure everything’s on‑brand Build strong client relationships and support strategic planning Contribute to decks, reporting, and campaign optimisation Track hours and budgets using Scoro What You Bring 2–4 years’ experience in a similar social/digital or agency account role Experience across paid and organic content and influencer campaigns Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills Confidence using tools like Scoro, SharePoint, and Teams A collaborative mindset and love for creative ideas, trends and team culture Why iD?
