Institutional Equity Sales - Mining / Resources Focus Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Compensation $250k salary + bonus (total compensation is 35% of revenue generated from allocated accounts – clear bonus model, paid quarterly) Strong pipeline of mining / resources ECM deals, $10m - $100m deal size Target : generate $2m in revenue annually from selling research and corporate deals The firm is a highly profitable, reputable stock broker with a growing team Role Overview My client is a long-established stockbroking firm looking for a hungry, dedicated institutional equities salesperson with a minimum of 5 years experience in institutional equities sales who is keen to develop new markets in Asia, Europe and the US in addition to the domestic market. Strong deal flow, quality equity research product and a good reputation in the market makes this an attractive proposition. These opportunities are rare and finding the right firm, team and remuneration structure is essential.
