At Churches of Christ, we’re seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse – Clinical Educator & Quality Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Oak Towers—a 124-bed residential aged care facility in Oakleigh, Victoria. This pivotal role offers you the chance to lead clinical education initiatives, guide new team members, champion best practices, and drive continuous quality improvements that make a real difference in the lives of our residents and staff. What You’ll Do: Deliver comprehensive onboarding and induction for new team members Mentor and support care and clinical teams in line with industry-leading policies and practices Design, plan, and deliver targeted clinical training programs Conduct thorough audits and spearhead continuous improvement strategies Collaborate closely with management, including Care and Service Managers, to uphold the highest care standards About You: We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated professional who: Holds current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Brings at least 3 years’ clinical experience in aged care or acute settings Is passionate about delivering safe, person-centred aged care services Holds a current driver’s license and is willing to complete a Police Check Embraces and embodies our values: Unconditional Love, Continual Innovation, Mutual Trust, Wise Stewardship, and Safety Bonus points if you: Hold postgraduate qualifications in Geriatrics, Dementia, or related aged care specialisations Have up-to-date First Aid, CPR, and NDIS checks (or are willing to obtain them) Why Choose Us?
