About the role We currently have an opportunity for a 1-3 year PQE Real Estate & Construction Lawyer to join a high performing team delivering quality commercially focused legal advice. You will work with experienced practitioners including two partners, two special counsel, a senior associate, a lawyer and a graduate as part of our established but growing practice. We handle matters for government and private sector clients in the following areas: Property acquisitions and disposals Commercial leasing Property advisory Capital works & procurement projects Planning and environment regulation and approvals About you Experience advising clients on various real estate matters and transactions in the ACT or NSW Experience in construction and planning law is welcomed but not essential Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, and sound matter management Security clearance or willingness to obtain one Culture, development & benefits A diverse and inclusive workplace: We have been named an employer of choice for gender equality by the Workforce Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) every year since 2004 and have recognitions in LGBTQ inclusion.
