Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you will not just oversee the sales process. You will be hands-on in guiding, coaching, and motivating our Sales Representatives to connect with families in a genuine, helpful, and results-driven way. You will refine our sales approach, ensure the team meets and exceeds enrolment targets, and make sure every family feels confident and cared for as they begin their journey with us. We are looking for an empathetic, organised, and goal-driven leader with proven sales experience, mentoring skills, and the ability to inspire a collaborative, student-first culture. Contour TestPrep: Reshaping test preparation, starting with the selective entry exam, through rigorous tutoring, mock exams, and data-driven feedback to give students a decisive advantage. What You Will Do Lead and inspire Sales Representatives daily, offering coaching, support, and feedback to develop skills and build confidence Guide the team in converting warm and hot leads into enrolments through a student-first, solutions-focused approach Conduct follow-ups with students and parents who have completed free trial weeks, converting them into enrolments Collaborate with Operations to streamline sales processes, tools, and workflows Track sales activity, report progress, and adjust strategies based on results and feedback Foster collaboration across departments to maintain a consistent, high-quality family experience Work in a fast-paced environment, weekdays 12 PM to 9 PM, weekends 9 AM to 5 PM Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute ideas to improve the Sales function What You Will Bring We are looking for an empathetic, goal-driven leader with strong sales experience.
