We have hospitals and health services delivered in various locations in the community and in people’s homes. About The Role You will be working at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. The hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond. Provide senior clinical leadership within Occupational Therapy service provision including optimization of patient/client care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff. Qualifications Bachelor or post graduate degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA, with experience at Level 2 or higher. Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of Occupational Therapy. Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical/administrative demands. Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation and current NSW Driver’s Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
