Senior Pricing Advisor Risk & Governance Job No : Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD • Brisbane - Inner Suburbs & CBD • Melbourne - Inner Suburbs & CBD Permanent Full Time Insurance Pay Band 5 Drive risk and data governance uplift across pricing and analytics Contribute to a strong collaborative and supportive risk and governance culture Location: Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane About the role Join our Pricing & Analytics team to support risk maturity and governance uplift across Consumer Insurance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to improve data practices, manage incidents, and embed a strong risk culture. What you’ll do Lead risk reporting and insights for pricing leadership to support compliance with APRA, ASIC and internal policies. Coordinate ROCSA controls and contribute to uplift initiatives across Pricing & Analytics. Manage incidents and breaches, including root‑cause analysis and remediation planning. Design proactive solutions that improve risk maturity and prevent future incidents. Share learnings across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic goals. What you’ll bring 5 years experience in risk management within insurance or financial services. Strong understanding of risk frameworks and governance practices. Ability to analyse trends and translate insights into actionable improvements. Skilled communicator who can convey complex information clearly and confidently. Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality compliance and continuous improvement.
