About the Role We’re looking for a commercially astute, strategic sales leader to take the reins of a high-value NSW portfolio. This role is all about driving performance — building cohesion, accountability, and a high-performance culture across an experienced sales team. You’ll develop and execute strategic account plans across priority segments, sharpen the go-to-market strategy, and cement the business as a trusted partner of choice. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales professionals across NSW and ACT to deliver on ambitious, but perfectly achievable growth targets. Build and execute account plans across key sectors including civil infrastructure, plumbing & residential, councils, and stormwater & drainage. Strengthen customer relationships, ensuring the business is seen as the go-to provider for service, quality, and technical support. Partner with operations to improve delivery performance and enhance the customer experience. Maintain and grow profitability through disciplined sales forecasting, margin management, and market intelligence. Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. Skills & Experience Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within building materials, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors. Experience in developing and delivering strategic account plans that drive measurable growth. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance top-line growth with profitability. Inspirational leadership style — able to energise teams, hold them accountable, and foster belief in the vision. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and build trust at all levels. Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable leading in competitive markets.
