About our Opportunity As the Sales Manager of our NSW and ACT customer base, you’ll lead a high-performing external sales team to drive profitable growth and deliver on strategic sales objectives, along with taking responsibility for Internal Sales, Customer Service and Business Development. You’ll be responsible for managing sales operations, coaching and developing your team, and building strong customer relationships across the state. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team Create and execute sales strategies and forecasts Manage sales reporting, financial performance, and administration Analyse customer behaviours and market trends Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales reps Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes About You You’re a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
