Personal Care Workers Churches of Christ - Fair Haven Aged Care Hervey Bay Multiple Permanent and Casual Employment Opportunities About the Role: Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking Personal Care Worker for our Fair Haven Aged Care Hervey Bay. This role will see you working within our 78 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff - typical tasks may include Lead the team on night shift and work as part of the team, medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families. About You Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community? Our ideal candidate is Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents Currently holds, or working toward a Certificate 3 in Individual Support Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor If you do not hold any of the above but are still interested in the role, please apply as we are happy to consider candidates without the above if they have the right attitude.
