We are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our Operations & Maintenance team in Queensland. Positions Site Manager – responsible for day‑to‑day operations of renewable energy sites. Electrical Technician – performs routine and advanced maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. Site Manager – Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a safety culture towards zero harm; ensure compliance with all site and business safety requirements. Interface with clients and stakeholders on coordination of activities and required documentation (work permits, SWMS, etc.). Supervise technicians and contractors; ensure compliance with WHSE requirements. Ensure all site and company‑wide KPI’s are met and all compliance inspections are completed as required. Prepare reports for the client (routine, ITPs, progress, etc.). Manage subcontractors and procurement. Oversee operational and technical project management. Site Manager – Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Operations & Maintenance experience on utility‑scale solar or renewable projects (or transferable experience). Experience in a Site Manager role is highly desirable. Electrical qualification (Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics preferred) or other technical training to be evaluated. Electrical licence for the relevant state (preferred). LVR/CPR certificate. First Aid certificate. Electrical Technician – Key Responsibilities Perform routine and advanced maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems. Diagnose and resolve complex issues, repairing or replacing faulty components as needed. Develop and implement maintenance SOPs, provide training, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain accurate records. Lead and mentor junior technicians; collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Assist with installation of new systems and equipment. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Electrical Technician – Required Experience & Qualifications Extensive experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and installation. Valid QLD electrical supervisors or contractor’s licence. Valid driver’s licence. LVR/CPR current certificate. First Aid current certificate. Application Process We will contact candidates after the four‑week period.
