PTY LTD t/a Kilo Bakery is looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) Retail Bakery Manager to join the team. Responsibilities Analyzing customer demand trends to guide bakery product assortment, daily production quantities, and inventory availability while maintaining consistent service and presentation benchmarks. Crafting in-store and online brand messaging strategies and executing local outreach campaigns to boost awareness of Kilo Bakery’s artisanal offerings. Recommending tailored product pairings and applications to customers during the sales process while managing smooth transaction completion at the counter. Monitoring ingredient usage, product wastage, and sales transactions to support accurate financial tracking and production planning. Developing monthly and annual expenditure forecasts to strategically allocate resources across bakery operations and retail activities. Overseeing staff onboarding and training, conducting ongoing performance evaluations, and coordinating development initiatives to uphold service excellence. Inspecting daily bakery and café procedures, enforcing food safety and hygiene protocols to comply with industry health standards. Managing supplier partnerships and client engagement initiatives while reviewing pricing approaches to align with market trends and product positioning. Requirements Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Good communication skills and hand‑on attitude.
