The Opportunity The Clayfield Retirement Village is a luxury retirement living community that boasts historic buildings, an à la carte restaurant, dog park and carefully manicured gardens grounds. In this role of Domestic Attendant / Cleaner, you will enjoy working autonomously to ensure our retirement village is clean, presentable and safe for our residents to enjoy This role will involve cleaning maintaining the communal areas around the village and assisting with any emergencies. This is a fixed-term full-time role working Monday-Friday 8-4pm. Position available until Friday 30th Jnuary What we offer / hr + award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation Be part of a friendly and supportive team Free Employee Assistance Program You will deliver high-quality cleaning services within common areas including floors, windows, doors, lifts, balconies and general areas Deliver thorough customer service to residents and fellow staff members by attending to resident requests and community emergencies Enjoy building relationships and being a friendly face to residents Be on-call throughout the village to respond to first-aid requests What you will bring A friendly, warm attitude that enjoys working autonomously and during the night Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping or laundry service roles (highly desired) Current Police Check clearance (required, but we can complete for you) Two COVID-19 Vaccinations (required) Who we are: As a leader in retirement living, with 30 years' experience, Aveo provides the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
