As a Golf Shop Attendant , you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. From helping customers in the shop to getting carts ready and overseeing activity on the course, you'll enjoy a dynamic, hands‑on role in a beautiful outdoor setting. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient customer service in the golf shop Operate the point‑of‑sale system (SwiftPOS experience highly regarded) Assist with golf cart setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance Perform course marshalling duties , ensuring pace of play and etiquette Support general daily golf operations Enter competition scores and prize pool allocations using Simple Golf (or similar) Provide basic guidance on the rules of golf when needed What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a golf shop, retail, or hospitality role Familiarity with SwiftPOS and Simple Golf (preferred but not essential) Strong knowledge or interest in golf, including understanding of competition formats and rules Good communication and organizational skills A proactive, hands‑on approach and team‑focused attitude Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required Role Details Casual position Hours will vary based on performance and availability Must be available for weekend shifts If you’re passionate about golf, take pride in customer service, and enjoy a variety of tasks in your workday — we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
