Job Description We are looking for experienced strategy consultants with a minimum of five years’ experience to join our economic advisory firm, across offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra. As an Engagement Manager, you will... Lead a team of three to five consultants in the day-to-day delivery of client projects Take overall responsibility for the quality of client deliverables Manage client engagement by developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel Mentor and develop individual team members on projects, and outside of projects Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff Contribute to business development efforts of the firm under the guidance and mentorship of senior leadership Contribute to important firm‑building activities such as recruitment, quality assurance and team engagement We offer...
