Sales And Marketing Manager

Unique position that will focus on local and international marketing and sales. Applicant must be able to speak Mandarin, use programs like Excel, Word, Xero, Shopify platform and basic computer email literacy. We have factory located in China that makes bar fridges solely for us, we need the applicant to market and sell these unique quality products to other countries on a wholesale basis. You will be required to setup up profiles on Alibaba and other Global sourcing websites.The job is remote so 95% can be done from any location with 5% left aside for managements and performance meetings throughout the year. The applicant would need to work 38Hrs per week, with overtime paid when needed. The job may include international travel as we try to connect and supply into other world markets, like USA, Europe, Russia and Canada. Business fluent Mandarin speaking ability is essential for effective communication with our Chinese factory partners. A minimum of 7 years sales and marketing experience is required for this senior role. Department management experience is necessary to oversee marketing and sales operations effectively. This position is open to candidates of any visa status as we welcome international applicants. Basic data entry proficiency in Xero accounting software is required for financial record management.
