Client Services Manager – Reporting Services Branch Join to apply for the Client Services Manager - Reporting Services Branch role at NSW Department of Communities and Justice. Location: Sydney CBD Employment Type: Ongoing full time Salary: from $99,938 to $110,271 per annum, plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. What You’ll Do The Client Services Manager is pivotal to the smooth running and delivery of services across the state and is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Client Services Unit of the Reporting Services Branch. You thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to multitask and think quickly. You are proactive and forward‑thinking, capable of managing your own workload with competing deadlines while addressing day‑to‑day client and staff matters, supervising operations, and ensuring timely delivery. Flexibility and a commitment to continuous process improvement are essential. Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, complemented by excellent organisational and time‑management abilities and a keen eye for detail. You value collaboration with colleagues and are committed to delivery exceptional support to clients. Plan and forecast for staff leave, unplanned absences, and training requirements, while managing day‑to‑day rescheduling to maintain resource availability and ensure service standards are consistently met. What We’re Looking For A sound understanding or the ability to acquire knowledge quickly about the Reporting Services Branch. Sound working knowledge of, or the willingness to develop proficiency in, systems used within Client Services, including OneTRIM, Oline Transcript Portal and FTR. An understanding ability to learn the functions and procedures of NSW courts and tribunals.
