This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enhancing your career executing a broad range of deals.Key aspects of leading our deal execution function include:spearheading the full legal execution process for all our lending transactions, ensuring seamless and superior outcomesserving as theprimary point of contact for the deal team, collaborating closely with Originators, Transaction Managers, Legal Counsel and Treasury to provide vital transactional supportco-ordinating and driving transactions involving complex deal structures (including multi-layered capital structures) to financial close and settlement which includes negotiation, documentation and addressing all conditions precedent/subsequentmanaging risk by seeking credit approval for any transaction variations to the initial credit approvalfosteringthe growth and development of junior team members, furthering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.proactively engaging with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and successstaying updated on entity-wide risk policies and contribute to governance, reporting and data quality requirements of our lending portfolio.About youover five years experiencein debt structuring, legal negotiation and execution focused on infrastructure and/or property finance lending transactionsproficient in finance agreements and loan documentation, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.excellent ability to identify and assess potential risks in transactions, and address and resolve issues with appropriate stakeholderseffective people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team membersexcellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, coupled with clarity of thought in managing multiple work streams within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionstrong relationship skills, enabling confident interaction with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsproactive in identifying challenges and providing effective solutions to resolve issuess uperior written, verbal, and negotiation skills.tertiary qualifications in Law, Accounting, Business or Finance.How to applyWe offer flexible hybrid working arrangements, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to learn and grow, while also making a difference in a purpose-led organisation and would love to hear from you.
