Fly-In/Out of Perth, multiple rosters available Day rate $480.83 (inclusive of 25% casual loading) Lifestyle friendly casual rosters Pick your rosters and pick your sites ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered work wear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home. The Position We’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic health, fitness, and lifestyle professionals for casual FIFO roles as Tastelife Coordinators. Based in our remote WA villages and flying out of Perth, these family-friendly rosters are designed to make your time away feel rewarding—not like work. Our globally recognized Tastelife program takes a holistic approach to well-being, combining healthy eating, education, exercise, and lifestyle activities to support both the mental and physical health of our residents. Key Duties : The ability to implement and assist in the coordination of company-wide health strategies and initiatives Actively promote lifestyle events in and around the village Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities and facilities on site Conduct Health Assessments and Gym Inductions for residents Conduct a variety of fitness classes for residents Provide educational seminars for residents and ESS staff Ensure communication (email & meetings) and reporting processes are followed The Person: Demonstrate a pro-active, well organised approach to work independently Excellent communication/presentation skills Passion for physical and mental health and fitness High level focus on customer service and engagement Administrative capabilities Certificate IV in Fitness - or - Diploma of Sport and Recreation Minimum six (6) months experience working in a fitness facility or similar position Australian manual drivers’ licence Highly Desirable: Safe Pool Operations qualifications Bachelor of Human Movement, Physical Education, Exercise Science/Physiology, Nutrition Events co-ordination and health promotion background Group fitness qualifications Physical education teaching experience (primary or secondary school) The Benefits of ESS: Clear career paths and support to achieve your goals Over 100 employee benefits with Compass’ ongoing partnership with Maxima Lifestyle friendly employment opportunities, both casual and full-time Flights, accommodation, uniforms, medicals, and meals provided whilst on site #J-18808-Ljbffr
