Run the show while learning all the ins and outs of daily business operations. Support a team to achieve and win together and ensure high standards of service and quality. What we are looking for Proven ability to lead a team to success with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Treat everyone with respect and back our product. Loves food and can offer exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations. Cares about the quality of your work and the work of your team. Natural leader who can get stuck in, hustle and lead your team during busy periods. Passionate about people and ensuring they are set up to succeed.
