Our client is a well-established leader in the manufacturing and industrial sector, recognised nationally for delivering quality products with a strong focus on innovation and people. They have built a reputation as an employer of choice. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, they are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to support their NSW operations. This role will suit someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and brings strong ER/IR capability. It is a true generalist role partnering closely with operational leaders while contributing to broader strategic people initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality generalist HR support across multiple business units. Lead and advise on complex ER/IR matters, including investigations, negotiations and case management. Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals and operational priorities. Coach and develop leaders across the employee lifecycle to build capability and confidence. Deliver and support key projects across culture, performance, workforce planning and change. Collaborate with specialist teams across OD, Reward, Talent, Analytics and Workplace Relations. About You Solid HR generalist background, ideally gained in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or similar fast‑paced environments. Demonstrated experience working with EBAs, including interpretation, consultation and supporting bargaining processes. Ability to build trust quickly and influence leaders at all levels. Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (preferred). Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
