Executive General Manager - People and Culture | Mentor and Coach | Mediator (AMA) About the Role: The Return to Work Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing workplace injury management and return-to-work processes to support employees recovering from work-related and non-work-related injuries or illnesses. The role ensures compliance with relevant workers compensation legislation, promotes early intervention, and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve safe, timely, and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Injury Management & Early Intervention Return to Work Planning Stakeholder Engagement Reporting & Data Management About You: Strong knowledge of workers compensation and injury management legislation in each State. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. High level of empathy, professionalism, and discretion when working with sensitive information. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently. Conflict resolution and problem-solving capability. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams.
