About The Role We are looking for a clear and enthusiastic communicator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our Experience Hub in Wingfield. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction through the facilitation of timely and efficient provision of our products. Your ability to multitask will be vital, as you respond to customer enquiries, orders, service needs and troubleshoot and resolve issues over phone, and email, whilst handling all administrative aspects of sales. About You You will be highly motivated and committed to providing a high level of customer service with a desire to work efficiently as part of a team. A natural problem solver with a pleasant and calm phone manner, you will be highly organised and collaborative, with exceptional telephone skills, giving you the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
