This role could lead to a Pre-Construction Manager position within 2-3 years, contingent on the success and growth of the Estimating team.

2 Senior Estimators
1 Intermediate Estimator
1 Estimating Manager (You)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Estimating team
Oversee Estimating, Hard Dollar Tendering, Cost Planning, and Forensic Cost Benchmarking
Ensure the quality and accuracy of tenders
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
Work on projects located in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Toowoomba
Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
Approximately 6-7 years of Estimating experience in Australia.
Software:
CostX is essential
Track Record:
Proven experience working on projects valued between $10M and $30M.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
Ambition : Intermediate-level candidates aiming for a Chief/Lead Estimator role or Senior Estimators looking to advance to an Estimating Manager role.
