Your New Role Joining a dynamic and supportive team, you will advise high-net-worth individuals, private enterprises, and multinational corporations across diverse industries including construction, finance, healthcare, technology and energy. This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters from business structuring and shareholder agreements to M&A transactions, capital raising for start-ups as well as corporate governance for public companies. Typical work the team handles, include: Share and business acquisitions, subscriptions and sales Shareholder, unitholder, partnership and joint venture agreements Intellectual property advices including trade marks (nationally and internationally), designs, copyrights and data breaches Trading terms, supply agreements and franchising Intellectual property issues Licensing issues Employment matters including employee share schemes Trust creation and advice Structuring and asset protection advice Service agreements Please note: We are looking for lawyers 1-4 years PAE and 4-7 years PAE Some of the benefits that this firm offers: Joining a firm that values balance and truly believes in working with you to ensure that your legal career not only has longevity but is rewarding; Work in a friendly and co-operative environment; Flexible working arrangements; and Enjoy social functions.
