About the Role We are seeking a Personal assistant to work directly with the Director of the company. Duties Scheduling the day to day operations including speaking with customers to arrange days and times. General office admin – taking phone calls/replying to emails. All social media management. Skills & Experience Proven experience in office administration. High level of customer service. Proven skills in social media management. Outstanding time management. Experience in all Microsoft platforms. Additional skills Experience with Xero, Service m8, Canva and Vistaprint preferred but not essential. What we offer Work from home. Competitive rates + super.
