Since 2021, we have provided an immersive betting experience combining genuine interaction and engagement. Our office hubs span Darwin, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, and Albury, offering a cross‑office network with sponsored flights to encourage collaboration. We also launched a Daily Fantasy Sports app in the U.S. (2023) and expanded into the UK (May 2025), driving growth in entertainment and gaming markets. Commercial Manager The Commercial Manager will support the strategic growth and commercial success of Dabble's global online sports betting business. The role requires a commercially‑mindful individual with strong analytical & financial skills, curiosity about market dynamics, and the ability to synthesize broad data into actionable insights. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research and financial analysis on betting markets, consumer behaviour, and industry activity across Australia, USA, UK and expansion targets. Develop financial models and analytical frameworks to assess market trends, project revenue, and evaluate profitability and cost efficiency. Assist in preparing management reports, financial forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic decision‑making. Provide analysis on new business development opportunities, including M&A, and support business‑case preparation. Support new product development and market entry initiatives through feasibility studies, cost‑benefit analysis, and market‑fit assessments. Review and summarise industry publications, key bulletins, analyst reports and economic data relevant to sports betting, daily fantasy sports and iGaming. Compile evidence and research for license applications, regulatory submissions, and compliance reporting. Provide analytical support to the broader commercial team, including performance dashboards, KPI tracking, ROI analyses and management reporting. Assist in review and negotiation of key commercial contracts, including supplier performance, contract renewals, service levels and cost structures. Contribute to scenario planning, business casing, budgeting and go‑to‑market financial strategies. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, law, or data analytics (or related field). Qualified accountant designation (CPA, CA, CIMA or equivalent) highly regarded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex financial and operational data into clear commercial insights. Strong research, financial modelling and analytical problem‑solving capabilities. Familiarity with the online sports betting or gaming industries and their commercial frameworks. Proficiency in financial and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Quicksight, PowerPoint). Preferred Experience working in a regulated or audited industry, or contributing to financial reporting and licensing submissions. Understanding of global wagering markets, especially in Australia, USA and/or UK. Are you a Dabbler? Remuneration Salary range: $125,000 – $145,000 + Super and benefits, with flexibility.
