At IDU Identification , we’re building the identity tech eco‑system that powers nightlife, casinos, and businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and now the US. Our ID scanners and software process millions of IDs every year and we’re only just getting started. The Role As Growth Marketing Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind IDU’s next stage of growth. You’ll own marketing end‑to‑end, from brand to leads, and help shape how we tell our story to the world. You’ll work directly with the Leadership Team to bring a fresh twist to our brand, sharpen our messaging, and build a predictable pipeline of inbound and outbound leads. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll build and execute the marketing strategy, not just manage it. You’ll thrive here if you’re resourceful, creative, data‑driven, and want to make your mark building something from the ground up. Your Impact Your success will be measured by one simple KPI: lead generation and pipeline growth . You’ll own the marketing funnel from top to handover, ensuring qualified leads flow consistently into the sales team. You’ll have the freedom to test, optimise, and iterate, with full visibility of what’s working and where to double down. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (preferably growth, digital, or demand generation roles) Proven success in building and executing multi‑channel lead generation campaigns Strong understanding of SEO, HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn marketing Excellent writing and design sense; you can craft sharp copy and eye‑catching campaigns A hands‑on operator who’s not afraid to build and iterate fast A self‑starter who wants to own the marketing function and build it your way. You’re curious, creative, and thrive in an environment where ideas turn into action fast. You’ve had a few solid years sharpening your marketing craft and enough to know what works, but still hungry to experiment, learn, and grow. You’re energised by momentum. You like seeing your work drive real results and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make it happen. You’re the kind of person who finds opportunity in ambiguity and feels most comfortable when you’re building something new rather than maintaining the old. You have a natural balance of analytical and creative thinking. You can dive into campaign metrics one minute and craft a sharp headline or design concept the next. You enjoy connecting dots between strategy and execution and take pride in getting things done right, not just done fast. You’re confident but humble; collaborative but self‑driven. You enjoy working alongside a young, ambitious team where energy, ideas, and accountability matter more than titles. You bring positivity, initiative, and a genuine desire to build something meaningful together.
