Marketing & Growth Manager

We’re on the hunt for a strategic and hands‑on Marketing & Growth Manager to drive lead generation, brand exposure and community growth at RISER, a fast‑growing mar‑tech start‑up reshaping influencer marketing. In this role, you’ll lead RISER’s full marketing and growth program, owning campaigns, content, digital performance, community growth and brand visibility – all with a focus on delivering measurable commercial outcomes. This is a key supporting role to our senior leadership team and will contribute directly to RISER’s next stage of growth. About RISER RISER is a first‑of‑its‑kind Mass Influencer Sampling Platform for influencers and brands to come together with a common goal: to lift each other up. Clients include the likes of 7‑Eleven, Monde Nissin, Mars, Asahi, Chupa Chups, Kellogg’s, Sunny Queen, Nestle, Bulla, MCoBeauty, Pierre Fabre and more RISER is a start‑up, born from its established sister agency, Theory Crew, launched in 2012. Responsibilities Deliver RISER’s marketing and lead‑generation program to achieve monthly and quarterly goals. Plan and execute marketing campaigns – digital, social, email and content – with the objective of driving inbound brand and agency enquiries. Build newsletters, sales email sequences and marketing content that supports lead nurture and sales conversion. Manage and optimise CRM and marketing databases (HubSpot), keeping audiences and sequences up to date. Grow RISER’s creator community through targeted recruitment, platform initiatives, partnerships and marketing activity. Support product and platform development with audience insights, creator feedback and market trends. Manage RISER’s brand presence across socials, PR, sponsorships, events and award submissions. Manage external suppliers and partners across SEO, Google Ads, PR, digital performance, and agency relationships to deliver growth outcomes. Ensure brand identity and messaging are consistent across all communications. Collaborate closely with Partnerships Directors, the Campaign team, sister‑agency Theory Crew and external suppliers to execute growth initiatives. What does working at RISER look like? Cross‑collaboration with our partner agency Theory Crew. Knowledge & Experience Required Proven experience in a marketing role and campaign management. Demonstrated success driving leads through marketing efforts. 3‑5 years industry experience (minimum). Tertiary qualifications with a marketing/business/PR/communications background (not essential). Ability to develop content and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and lead flow. Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, social ads and analytics platforms. Self‑motivated, driven and accountable. High level of written and oral communication and strong presentation skills. Ability to think and work strategically, efficiently, creatively and flexibly.
