Architectural Draftsperson || Residential Renovations & Extensions Be part of a team that values a great workplace culture. Join a team of amazing high performers. Work with an industry leader in residential renovations. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated draftsperson to assist our interior design team document their incredible designs. The successful candidate MUST be an attention to detail person who is hard working and motivated. Previous experience in residential renovations will be highly regarded, but not critical. The role requires a person who has a passion for residential design. You will assist our design team with preparing documentation for clients, including drafting of plans, sourcing quotations, and more. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare floor plans & elevations Documentation of client requirements Joinery Design for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and other home joinery Liaising with suppliers in relation to products and materials required for jobs Liaising with the production team regarding your client's order and progress Driving the design process through to successful completion Skills and Experience: Revit Experience in residential design Able to work with the estimating, sales and production team to meet client time frames Excellent planning & time management skills Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt to client requirements Keen eye for detail and accuracy of work Must be organised Benefits: Newly built office located in Armadale Amazing workplace culture Work with one of Melbourne's most reputable residential renovation companies - ABOUT US - We are one of Victoria's leading design and renovation companies.
