This firm is modern, innnovative and boasts a high quality client base. The firm is very well known in the Gold Coast region. The firm has a friendly and relaxed culture. POSITION Due to growth and the need for succession planning, the firm has created the position of Manager. This role will focus predominantly on managing client relationships, leading a high quality team and high level advisory work. CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following : CA / CPA 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Ability to manage up to $1.5m in fees Ability to manage client relationships An interest in becoming a Partner Solid tax knowledge Exceptional communication and presentation skills Stable employment history The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package with a clear path to partnership.
