Overview Be among the first applicants for a Global Medical Education Manager role at Personalised Surgery. This full-time position is critical in driving the educational marketing strategy for our personalised and patient-matched medical devices globally. You will bridge the gap between cutting‑edge innovations and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Company: Personalised Surgery is Australia’s leading orthopaedic innovation hub for 3D printed patient‑specific instruments and custom implants, designed by surgeons and built by engineers. Location: The role is based at our head office in St Leonards, NSW. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Program Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive education marketing strategy for personalised and patient‑matched devices. Content Creation & Delivery: Lead the creation and delivery of educational content (white papers, webinars, online training modules, instructional videos, FAQs) for clinicians and surgeons. Stakeholder Engagement: Build global relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and medical societies to drive awareness and adoption. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work with product development, sales, medical affairs, clinical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and compliance. Market Insights: Conduct global market research and competitive analysis focusing on Europe, the UK, and the USA. Performance Tracking: Measure effectiveness of educational initiatives using engagement and adoption metrics and use data to refine strategies. Requirements Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of international market experience in marketing, education, or communications within the medical device or healthcare industry, focused on personalised, patient‑specific, or customised devices. Market Knowledge: Knowledge of key international markets (Europe, UK, USA) and relationships with potential global KOLs. Program Development: Experience creating educational programs, content, and campaigns for healthcare professionals. Regulatory Understanding: Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., FDA, CE, ISO) for educational and marketing content. Technical Expertise: Experience with digital marketing tools, LMS, and CMS. Key Competencies: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a data‑driven, analytical approach. What’s in it for you? Ongoing support and development.
