The opportunity As a Relief Care Manager you will be an experienced Clinician with the capacity to flexibly work across a number of our Care Communities. You will support the General Manager of the assigned home, on a short or longer term basis, in leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents. Full time Roving Care Manager opportunity Work across a number our Care Communities from Maitland to the Central Coast area Support the General Manager & clinical teams at the assigned care community Short term & long term assignments Promote continuous clinical improvement Leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents. Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to positive team culture All applicants will be contacted as soon as possible for an interview.
