Team Leader Cleansing – City of Parramatta Join the City of Parramatta’s Waste & Cleaning team in this leadership role. You will manage and inspire a team to deliver high‑standard cleansing services across the city. Key Responsibilities Undertake the day‑to‑day management of staff and their assigned tasks. Plan, goal‑set, task and resource allocate for the team to ensure effective completion of all works. Ensure completion of all necessary administration functions. Mentor new starters and other team members. Work alongside staff to carry out daily works such as litter picking, pressure washing and amenities cleaning in the public domain. About You Previous experience leading a team in an operational environment. Current MR Driver’s licence. White card. Physical capability to perform the role’s duties. Strong communication skills. Ability to manage and coordinate daily work schedules. Adaptability to changing priorities and circumstances. What’s On Offer Permanent full‑time position. Monday‑Friday 5:30 am‑2:30 pm. Remuneration starts at $68,111 plus 12% superannuation. City of Parramatta also offers excellent employee benefits, including: 9‑Day Fortnight.
