About the Opportunity As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver safe, person-centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. This role is essential in supporting patient wellbeing, promoting recovery, and contributing to high-quality mental health care. In this role you will: Deliver holistic nursing care in line with professional standards and mental health service needs. Assist patients with activities of daily living while providing physical and psychological comfort. Support mental health assessment through observation, monitoring and reporting of patient status. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clinical information to support safe care. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support recovery-oriented patient outcomes. About You We are looking for someone who has: Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with medication administration accreditation. Clinical knowledge and skills relevant to mental health care and patient support. Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with sound IT capability. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and apply recovery principles. Capacity to organise and prioritise workload in a continuously changing clinical environment.
