As the Cargo Operations Performance and Standards Manager for Australia, your expertise will ensure excellence in cargo operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction, directly shaping the reliability and reputation of our services throughout the region. Based in Sydney, and part of our dedicated Cargo team, you'll be a pivotal link ensuring seamless cargo transitions at multiple ports, working collaboratively with regional and global teams. How you’ll make an impact Manage GHA partnerships, ensuring SLA’s and operational targets are consistently met, driving customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Oversee and enhance the effectiveness of the ULD network through strategic management across multiple service providers, with a heavy focus on adopting new digital ways of working. Ensure rigorous compliance by leading audit reviews, reporting, and proactive resolution of compliance-related issues. Act as the key escalation point for operational challenges, vendor issues, and customer concerns, resolving matters swiftly and effectively. Provide expert interpretation and advisory support on regulatory requirements impacting cargo operations. Partner closely with Air New Zealand’s ramp teams, ensuring efficient and seamless cargo transitions between aircraft and Cargo Terminal Operations. Ideally you will have Significant senior-level experience (15+ years) managing multiple complex international airport operations. Proven experience in Cargo Terminal Operations or Airline Standards would be highly advantageous. A university degree in business or another relevant operational discipline. Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to manage complex operational and compliance challenges effectively.
