Apply today Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our residential properties in top condition. Your responsibilities will include: Performing routine and emergency maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.) Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally Conducting property inspections and preventative maintenance Preparing units for move-in and ensuring timely unit turnover, including painting, patching, cleaning, and repairs Responding to work orders professionally Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Providing excellent customer service to residents and working collaboratively with the on-site team Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks Take additional maintenance requests as assigned Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs Qualifications Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and proceduresFlexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends 2+ years of maintenance experience Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation $23 hourly About Property Management Company We are a boutique Property Management company in the residential housing industry.
