If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Club Operations Manager to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our club. What you’ll be doing Supporting venue managers, supervisors, and staff in all aspects of their daily operations. Providing direction to club security staff in the performance of their duties. Leading by example to maintain high operational standards and professional behaviours, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, and ensuring effective communication across the club. Being a key point of contact for the effective resolution of significant customer disputes and concerns. Acting as the emergency contact when on duty, including being the first point of contact for emergency services, and after‑hours contractors. Performing the role of senior fire warden, and senior first aid officer, as required. Ensuring the club consistently maintains appropriate standards of compliance in all areas, including RCG, RSA, and WHS. Who would it suit? At least 2 – 5 years’ supervisory or management experience. NSW RSA (Class A) and RCG (Class G). A sound understanding of club operations and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and dispute resolution skills. The ability to multi‑task, remain calm, and work effectively under pressure. Possess a genuine interest in customer service and welfare. Experience supervising or managing gaming operations is highly regarded. What we’re looking for Confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
