Graduate Facade Engineer role in Sydney supporting project sections, design analysis, and collaboration, with flexible work and training. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Working on simple projects or sections of projects, progressing towards responsibility for project sections Using standard engineering techniques to solve problems Assisting senior engineers with analysis of information, production of designs, and calculations Preparing calculations and analysis of building structures Assisting with preparation of specifications, fee proposals, reports, and other documentation under close supervision Liaising and coordinating with builders, architects, and services engineers on design issues under the supervision of a senior engineer About You The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in engineering Graduate membership with Engineers Australia Understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards 0-3 years of structural engineering experience Ability to apply theoretical knowledge of engineering principles to practical situations through analysis and interpretation Problem solving and analytical skills Compensation & Benefits Benefits include flexible working arrangements, work-life balance, health and wellbeing programs, and access to extensive training opportunities.
